What is Qlean?
Qlean is an app for booking cleaning services. You describe the job, cleaners nearby send you offers, and you pick the one you want. Cleaners use a separate Qlean app to find orders and manage their jobs.
How do I book a cleaning?
Open the booking wizard, choose the service and property type, describe the space, pick a date and time, pin the address on the map, add photos and set your budget. Submit, and cleaners nearby are notified.
Who sets the price?
You enter a budget with your request, and each cleaner replies with their own price. You decide which offer to accept.
Do I need to create a password?
No. You sign in with your mobile number and a 6-digit code sent by SMS.
Are the cleaners checked?
Every cleaner completes a profile and uploads a photo of their national ID card, and an admin reviews the application before the account is approved. Ratings from completed jobs are also shown.
What if I am not happy with the work?
When a cleaner marks the job as done, you are asked to confirm it. If it is not right, you can reject it and it goes back to the cleaner. You can also cancel an order and give a reason.
How do I become a cleaner on Qlean?
Sign in to the cleaner app with your mobile number, complete your profile, upload your ID card photo and wait for admin approval. See the For cleaners page for the full flow.
What is the wallet for?
Every account has a wallet you can top up, with a transaction history. Cleaners use their balance to promote their marketplace listings.
Do I have to install anything?
Qlean is a web app designed for phones. You can use it in the browser or install it to your home screen.
Which languages does Qlean support?
English and Persian, including right-to-left layout.
